Weather patterns manipulated, ozone holes closing, Atlantic magnetic field from Zimbabwe to Chile weakening, and the upper cloud layers at 80 to 100km are registering extremer cold temperatures showing Noctilucence clouds as far down as London-UK, Utah-USA and even Las Vegas last year.
