The Regional Leadership Forum is designed to be offered to GSO groups at every level of society. This can be accomplished by using our materials from the Planetary Conference at Regional meetings descending to the neighborhood level. For instance:

Each sub-region Leader can organize an online conference to share the information.

The above distribution of Forum Meetings suggests that if each level creates Forum conferences in the levels below them, 30,720,000 leaders will get the Leadership Forum Message and information. This is pretty optimistic but it illustrates the power of sharing.
At each level, an online conference is organized by a leader who attended the level above. Using the same slides and playing the videos recorded at the Planetary Forum, the meeting is intended to be completed in less than an hour, with the attendees invited to use the same free conferencing capabilities to host their meetings.
Each meeting host will need the following:

- An email list for the sub level
- A Calendar Schedule for the Event
- Localized Presentation Materials
- A free or paid online conferencing capability
- Three volunteer team members to help
This is a best-case, but still possible, scenario that can support the creation of a new leadership class worldwide. All that is needed is for each person attending to host a meeting for the next level below the one they initially attended.

Comment on the following topics:

- Regional Tree Format using a series of smaller meetings
- Approximately 40 minutes to enable free resources like Zoom to be used
- Introduce Presentation materials and offer links to them
- Regional speakers will be allowed to present guided topics from their challenges or successes.
- Regional Meetings will follow the Leadership Forum Presentations Meeting
- Resources from meetings (hand-outs, links, any slides, chats, etc) are kept in an accessible online website repository (will this be hard to do?)
- Rehearsed ahead of schedule (same day, within an hour before)
- Minutes shared after
Additionally, we need Volunteers for two other types of meetings to support the Leaders attending the Forums
Guest Speaker for Resource or Training Meetings:

- This is a tell-sell type or knowledge sharing, where the speaker presents media, preferably a PowerPoint. The speaker will ask the hosts to point to the next slide.
- They are held as needed.
- Done twice on the same day ideally, to capture worldwide participation.
- Recorded.
- Rehearsed ahead of schedule (same day within an hour before)
- We need to have regular meetings for Standardized Training Development (click this link to help with this) to produce the following standardized training:
- A code of GSO leadership conduct
- Meeting participation guidelines
- Event Awareness
- Event Preparation
- This can be done on YouTube or through Presentation slides, conversational.
